Acknowledgment of Risk: I, [___________________________], acknowledge that the activities involved in Las Vegas Tours & Rides, including but not limited to all our tours and transfers, inherently involve risks and dangers. These risks may include, but are not limited to, accidents or injuries from hicking tours, car accident, SUV accident, Van accident.

Assumption of Risk: I voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with my participation in these activities, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releases or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation.

Release and Waiver of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Las Vegas Tours & Rides, its officers, agents, employees, volunteers, and other participants (collectively, "Releases") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in such activity, or while in, on or upon the premises where the activity is being conducted.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releases from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees, that Releases may incur due to my participation in said activities, whether caused by negligence of releases or otherwise.

Acknowledgment of Policies and Procedures: I understand and agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and instructions of Las Vegas Tours & Rides during my participation in the activities.

Health and Physical Fitness: I declare that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in these activities.

Photography/Video Release: I consent to and permit photographs and videos to be taken of me during the activities, and for these images to be used by Las Vegas Tours & Rides for promotional or commercial purposes.

Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
